Rayburn, Bates & Fitzgerald, P.C. was formed by individuals with combined experience of over sixty years including a substantial amount with international accounting firms. Additionally, the professional staff of the Firm has a higher level of experience than many comparable firms. Having experienced personnel involved in engagements results in increased efficiency on the engagements for the Firm and the client, a higher likelihood that areas of concern and possible recommendations will be identified and, most importantly, a high level of professional quality being maintained. The Firm is able to offer a full range of services due to the diversified experience of the principals and staff. The Firm is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS) and is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). Peer Review In addition to performing peer reviews for other accounting firms, every three years the accounting and audit practice of Rayburn, Bates & Fitzgerald, P.C. engages an independent firm to conduct a peer review to ensure that standards are being maintained.
